Hirokazu Anai
Dr. Hirokazu Anai has been with Fujitsu Laboratories Ltd since 1991 and currently is a project director at Artificial Intelligence Laboratory.
He was a guest researcher at Fakultat fur Informatik und Mathematik, Universitat Passau, Germany in 1999-2000. He was a leader of CREST project, ``Construction of a platform for robust optimization based on symbolic-numeric hybrid computation" of Japan Science and Technology Agency in 2003-2009.
He was also a professor of Graduate School of Mathematics since 2008-2012 and has been a visiting professor of Institute of Mathematics for Industry of Kyushu University since 2012. Moreover, since 2012 he is also a guest professor of National Institute of Informatics, Japan.
Current research interests concern artificial intelligence, machine learning, computational social mathematics and symbolic/algebraic computation.
